If a services agreement is concluded, then we will have more than just contact details at our disposal. We use these personal data solely within the scope of the services agreed with you and we only collect those data that we need or deem useful in that context.

We are of course bound to legal and fiscal obligations. The Tax Authority obliges us to keep your invoicing data for seven years.
Any personal data collected within the scope of the services agreement concluded with you, including contact details, will not be kept for longer than two years after the agreement has lapsed and will subsequently be removed or destroyed.
